According to Transfer News Live, citing the Fichajes portal, the "Citizens" are allocating 120 million euros to purchase PSG midfielder Joao Neves. Joao Neves has been representing PSG since the summer of 2024.

The Portuguese player has appeared in a total of 63 official matches for the team, scoring 10 goals and providing 10 assists. Joao Neves ranked 19th in the voting for the 2025 Ballon d'Or award.

Last season, he won the French Championship, French Cup, French Super Cup, and the Champions League with PSG. Additionally, he helped the Portugal national team secure the Nations League trophy.

Manchester City plans to transfer this player to strengthen their squad.
