Ponomaryov called Rubinni a good option for Kuzyev

Former CSKA defender Vladimir Ponomaryov commented on Daler Kuzyov's transfer to Kazan's Rubin club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to Ponomaryov, the midfielder's age no longer allows him to strengthen teams competing for the championship, but Rubin is a good purchase for them. The expert emphasized that Kuzyov can control the ball and is a thoughtful player, which will benefit the Kazan team.

At the same time, Ponomaryov noted that it would have been much more difficult for the midfielder to prove himself at the army club. Although the player is getting older, he is not moving to a team fighting for first place.

Rubin is currently a suitable team for him and a good choice. Currently, the team under Rashid Rahimov's management is in 7th place in the Russian championship with 15 points.
