Central defender Jeffri Bruma, who played 25 matches for the Netherlands national team, has announced his retirement. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

In his statement, he emphasized that now is the time to say goodbye, but there is a possibility of meeting again in the future. Jeffri Bruma moved from Feyenoord's youth academy to Chelsea's academy in 2007 at the age of 15.

Two years later, he made his professional debut against Blackburn but was unable to secure a regular place in the starting lineup. In 2013, he joined PSV, winning the national championship twice.

Later, he played for clubs in Germany and Turkey. His last team was Waalwijk.

The achievements and experience Bruma gained during his career serve as an example for young footballers.
