Former Moscow “Spartak” midfielder Aleksandr Mostovoy responded to rumors that “Fenerbahce” head coach Domenico Tedesko might soon be dismissed. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
The specialist has been managing the Istanbul team for less than a month and took over this position replacing Jose Mourinho. In an interview with “Sport-Express,” Mostovoy emphasized that people unrelated to football always remain like that, which is not their fault but comes from their nature.
He also expressed surprise at the appointments of specialists like Tedesko and Guillermo Abascal and stated that he views their departures calmly. It is worth noting that Tedesko has worked at Moscow “Spartak,” the Belgium national team, and Germany’s “Leipzig” clubs.
Under his leadership, the “red-whites” team won silver medals in the Russian championship.
