Ivan Sergeyev, a player of the capital's Dinamo team, supported Igor Osinkin, the head coach of Sochi club who took over the team in September. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
The forward emphasized that he has warm memories of working together with Osinkin at Krylya Sovetov. Despite the difficult situation in the Russian championship, Sergeyev trusts the specialist to accomplish the tasks and to lead Sochi out of the crisis.
He said: "God willing, everything will be fine, they will start collecting points. It is definitely difficult, but I think Igor Vitalyevich will manage it."
After the ninth round of the Russian Premier League, Sochi is in 16th place in the standings, that is, last place, having earned only one point. This situation complicates the team's position and requires improvement soon.
