Football expert Aleksandr Tochilin shared his thoughts on Dinamo's away victory over Krylya Sovetov in the tenth round of the RPL in an exclusive interview with the Euro-Football.Ru network publication. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
In the interview, Tochilin admitted that there were concerns for Dinamo towards the end of the game. According to him, although the Samara team scoring the second goal created some tension, the advantage created by Dinamo in the first half guaranteed the victory.
At the same time, he emphasized that coach Karpin has reasons to think about the team's mistakes during the game and the uncertainty of the result until the final minutes. Overall, he assessed Dinamo's victory as deserved.
Tochilin also commented on the idea that scoring three goals might have caused the team to relax a bit. He said that a club with high ambitions should not continue the game carelessly, as this is mainly related to mistakes and psychological factors.
He also highlighted that the substitutions made during the game influenced the result. When asked about Miranchuk's performance, the expert stated that he has fully adapted to Dinamo's style of play.
He mentioned that he liked Miranchuk's actions on the field in the match against Spartak, noting that he feels more confident in each game and understands his teammates better. It was also emphasized that the player has adapted to the coaching staff's demands.
When asked about the positive changes in Dinamo's game, Tochilin said that the main focus is on accumulating points. The quality of the game is improving, as evidenced by the increase in goals scored.
At the same time, he pointed out that there are problems in defense that need to be addressed. These problems include individual mistakes as well as systemic and team errors.
The next game for Dinamo will be against Lokomotiv. Tochilin said that there is no clear favorite in this match, as Lokomotiv is also an undefeated team with high ambitions.
He expressed his expectation that the game will be interesting and full of competition.
