Among the 73 journalists participating in the poll, the majority deemed Dembele most deserving of the Ballon d'Or. Yamal received 11 first-place votes, Vitinha 6, Salah 4, and Hakimi 3.

Additionally, several journalists named Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Scott McTominay, and Kylian Mbappe as the best players. These results have sparked great interest in the football world and give an idea of how intense the competition for the award has been.
