Journalists from the FourFourTwo portal presented a ranking of the most significant injustices in the history of the Ballon d'Or. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

In first place is former Bayern striker and current Barcelona player Robert Lewandowski. According to analysts, he should have won the award in 2021, but it was given to Argentine Lionel Messi.

Second place is held by the legendary French striker and former Arsenal player Thierry Henry. He was considered more deserving of the Ballon d'Or in 2003, but that year the award went to Czech midfielder Pavel Nedvěd.

In third place on the ranking is former Netherlands national team and Inter midfielder Wesley Sneijder. The portal believes he deserved the award more than Lionel Messi in 2010.

This ranking shows that injustices sometimes occur in the football world and sparks widespread discussions among fans. Additionally, these cases remain memorable as interesting events in football history.
