Famous local lawyer Anton Smirnov, who represents the interests of footballer Vladimir Pisarskiy, expressed dissatisfaction with the double standards arising in bookmaker betting cases. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
Although Pisarskiy was suspended for a long time due to bets placed on matches he participated in, other betting enthusiasts are not being punished. According to Smirnov, data from an illegal bookmaker database was disclosed, which included records of Batrakov, Kislyak, Kozlov, and other individuals.
At the same time, situations involving players from the Russian Championship and the First League are being ignored because clubs and large corporations stand behind them. Earlier, Smirnov also stated that pressure was exerted on the individuals responsible for determining the punishment against Pisarskiy by the "Sochi" club.
