Genich: Slutskiy is not ready to return to Russia yet

Football commentator Konstantin Genich shared his opinion about the possibility of Leonid Slutskyi returning to the Russian championship. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Currently, the 54-year-old specialist is managing the Chinese club Shanghai Shenhua. According to Genich, Slutskyi has no desire to work in Russia at all.

However, there is a clause in the contract with Shanghai that allows him to be bought out like Nikolaich, it just requires interest. The specialist believes that Slutskyi will not move to the Spartak club because of his military-related past.

At the same time, in the future, working at Dynamo or Zenit might be interesting for Slutskyi. After 26 rounds, Shanghai Shenhua is in third place in the Chinese championship, three points behind the leader.

It is worth noting that after scoring two goals, Slutskyi won the country's Super Cup twice.
