Currently, the Portuguese player is considered a priority transfer target for major clubs in the Saudi league, journalist Ben Jacob reports. Negotiations with the "Citizens" midfielder have been ongoing intermittently for two years.

The parties have discussed the terms of a four-year contract. Additionally, among the Saudi clubs' interests are Bruno Fernandes from Manchester United, Harry Kane from Bayern Munich, and Andrey Santos from Chelsea.

Bernardo Silva's current contract with Manchester City expires next summer. According to Transfermarkt, the 31-year-old player's market value is 38 million euros.
