PSJ lost its main midfielder before Barcelona

PSJ team's midfielder Vitinha was injured in today's Ligue 1 match against Auxerre. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The Portuguese player assisted Ilya Zabarnyi in scoring a goal in the 32nd minute of the game. Shortly after, within three minutes, Vitinha had to leave the field due to injury and was replaced by Achraf Hakimi.

Soon, on October 1, PSJ will play an away match against Barcelona in the second round of the Champions League group stage. It is worth noting that recently Vitinha ranked third in the Ballon d'Or award.

He finished behind his teammate Ousmane Dembele and Barcelona player Lamine Yamal in this award. Vitinha's high-level performances are very important for PSJ, and his quick recovery will bring great benefits to the team.
