Silyanov: five-game draw streak stopped, we are happy
Lokomotiv defender Aleksandr Silyanov shared his thoughts on the victory over Rubin in an exclusive interview with Euro-Futbol.ru. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
He emphasized that Lokomotiv managed to stop a five-match draw series. Silyanov said he does not know how the team’s situation would have been affected because the referee Shabanhadzhay did not count the goal.
He stated that he did not doubt the offside and could not give a definite opinion as he did not see the goal situation. When asked whether rain helped Barinov’s goal, he said that weather and luck could also have an impact.
