Orenburg team player Vladislav Kamilov analyzed the match against Zenit (3:5) in the tenth round of the Russian Premier League. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to him, the match was difficult. The team conceded several goals due to the same mistakes and there were weaknesses in defense during the opponent's counterattacks.
Despite being four goals behind, the players did not stop fighting and managed to score two goals. However, Kamilov emphasized that they allowed Zenit to score the fifth goal.
He said: “We conceded exactly the same goals. We could not stop the opponent's counterattacks.
Such a strong team does not forgive mistakes. Even when we were four goals behind, we did not give up and kept pushing forward.”
The Sovetskiy Sport publication quoted the player's words. Currently, Zenit is in third place in the tournament table with 19 points.
Orenburg is in 13th place with seven points.
