Kabutov: I hope Daku will be the top scorer of the RPL

Sports17:11, 28-09-2025

Defender of the Rubin team Dmitriy Kabutov shared his thoughts about the team's Albanian forward Mirlin Daku. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to Kabutov, Daku is a high-level striker. He believes and hopes that by the end of the season, Daku will be at the top of the scorers' ranking.

If Daku leaves Rubin, it would be a regrettable situation for the team, says Kabutov. This season in the Russian Premier League, Daku has scored eight goals in ten matches.

Currently, together with Lokomotiv midfielder Aleksey Batrakov, he is leading the race for the top scorers. The 27-year-old forward's contract with Rubin is signed until mid-2029.

Transfermarkt experts estimate his market value at ten million euros. This information reflects the team's future plans and the player's significance.
