Novikov: Gancharenko is successful only with a strong leader
Football expert Sergey Novikov shared his opinion about Viktor Gancharenko's career. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

He emphasized that Gancharenko has worked at CSKA Moscow, Krasnodar, Pari NN, and other clubs. According to Novikov, he would like to see Gancharenko again in the Russian Premier League because he is a highly qualified specialist.

When evaluating Gancharenko, Novikov pointed out that there are no average results in his career. He either achieves very good results, as seen with BATE, CSKA, and Ufa teams, or the results are unsatisfactory, as observed with Ural and Nizhny teams.

The reason is that Gancharenko can only succeed when supported by a strong leader, Novikov said in an interview with Sport-Express. Gancharenko's last position was as head coach of Pari NN from October 2024 to June 2025.

He was dismissed from the club after defeats against Sochi in a two-legged playoff. Although Gancharenko's career is evaluated differently in the football world, he is recognized as an experienced specialist in his field.
