Burlak: Glushakov is a Spartak legend, not Lokomotiv

Taras Burlak, former "Lokomotiv" player, responded to the question of whether Denis Glushakov can be considered a legend of the "Spartak" and "Lokomotiv" teams. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, Denis is more of a legend for "Spartak" because he did not win any major trophies at "Lokomotiv". Burlak emphasized that Glushakov held an important role and played well at "Lokomotiv", but it is not correct to call him a legend of that team.

Denis Glushakov defended the honor of "Lokomotiv" from 2008 to 2013, then transferred to "Spartak" for eight million euros. He represented the "red-whites" until 2019, becoming a Russian champion and Super Cup winner.

On October 11, Denis Glushakov's farewell match took place, and the player officially ended his career at the age of 38.
