Barcelona considered buying Vlahovich in summer

Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovich could have transferred to Barcelona last summer. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The "blue and garnet" club considered the possibility of signing the Serbian player before the summer transfer window closed, but ultimately decided to prioritize Robert Lewandowski and Ferran Torres. This was reported by well-known football insider Fabrizio Romano.

The price of the "Old Lady" striker had decreased because his current contract expires at the end of June 2026. It appears that Dusan Vlahovich will become a free agent after the current season ends.

The 25-year-old player does not intend to extend his contract with Juventus. Thus, it has become clear that there is a disagreement with the club regarding his future.

There is currently no official information about the player's new destination.
