The parties have agreed on the terms of cooperation, and the appointment will be officially announced on Monday. Jack Wilshere ended his playing career in 2022.

After that, he began coaching work with Arsenal's youth team. From October 2024 to May 2025, he worked as an assistant head coach at Norwich club.

Luton Town currently holds 11th place in the First League standings this season. Last season, the team was relegated from the Championship league, and the season before that, it was relegated from the Premier League.
