Enzo Mareska, head coach of the Chelsea team, commented on his sending off during the recent English Premier League match against Liverpool (2:1). This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
Chelsea secured the victory thanks to a goal by Estevao Villyan, who came on as a substitute in the 95th minute. The Italian coach celebrated this goal with great joy alongside the team but was later sent off after receiving a second yellow card.
Mareska said that this incident happened instinctively but emphasized that such a decision was worth it for the game. Although he is in his second season with Chelsea, he noted that the team had never won at home in the final minutes before.
In the next match on October 18, Chelsea will travel to face Nottingham Forest. This game will be one of the team’s upcoming challenges this season.
Mareska and his team aim to achieve success in this match as well.
