Safonov and Bakaev absent from Russia training

On Monday, the Russian national team will hold a training session against the Bolivia team ahead of the BetBoom friendly match. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Goalkeeper Matvey Safonov and attacking midfielder Zelimkhan Bakaev will not participate in this training. Matvey Safonov played the full 90 minutes on the field in the previous BetBoom match against the Iran national team.

Nevertheless, in the second game, another goalkeeper will defend the Russian national team's goal. Zelimkhan Bakaev also played for 67 minutes in the match against Iran.

As a reminder, Russia defeated Iran 2:1. The BetBoom friendly match between the Russian and Bolivian national teams will start at 20:00 Moscow time on October 14.
