Former head coach of “Mallorca” and “Alaves” teams, Luis Garcia, may take charge of Moscow’s “Spartak” club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to the famous journalist Andrey Pankov’s Telegram channel, the parties are currently engaged in active negotiations. He states that the current “Spartak” head coach, Dejan Stanković, will soon be dismissed.
According to Pankov, Dejan Stanković has no chance of staying at “Spartak” within the next month. It was previously reported that Dejan Stanković, who has been managing “Spartak” since last year, is considered the main candidate for the head coach position of the Serbian national team.
For this reason, the club management is actively working on appointing a new coach. Luis Garcia is seen as an interesting option for “Spartak” due to his experience and achievements.
Negotiations between the club and the coach are expected to conclude in the coming days. These changes may have a positive impact on “Spartak”’s future activities.
