Xavier Tebas, president of Spain's La Liga, responded to the question about the possibility of Madrid's Real team playing some of the Spanish championship matches outside the country. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to Tebas, the current Real management is not in favor of this. They neither like us nor our activities.
Therefore, it is practically impossible for the Real team to hold championship matches outside the country. On December 20, the Villarreal and Barcelona teams will face each other in the United States.
Currently, after eight rounds, Real is leading the Spanish championship. The team, led by Xabi Alonso, has collected 21 points.
The Madrid team will play their next match on October 19. In the ninth round of La Liga, their opponent will be Getafe.
This match will also take place within Spain. Overall, under the current circumstances, there is no plan for the Real team to hold championship matches outside the country.
