Amorim criticized Manchester United players

Last summer, Portuguese specialist Ruben Amorim openly expressed his opinion about the Manchester United players. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

In a conversation with Alejandro Garnacho, he used rather harsh words and advised him to look for a new club. According to journalist Lauri Uitvell, during the same meeting Amorim also made critical remarks about midfielder Manuel Ugarte.

He told Ugarte, "You are no longer the same as you were at Sporting." These words relate to the previous period of cooperation between the two specialists.

Alejandro Garnacho eventually left Manchester United and moved to Chelsea. Manuel Ugarte, however, did not leave the team but does not always play in the starting lineup.

These situations indicate that the head coach has set strict demands for the players. Ruben Amorim maintains a firm and clear position to lead his team to high achievements.

This means that players need to constantly work on themselves.
