The head coach of Voronezh's “Fakel” team, Oleg Vasilenko, shared his thoughts about returning to the team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
He managed this team from 2020 to 2022, and then in October 2025, he was appointed head coach of “Fakel” for the second time. According to Vasilenko, many changes occurred during his absence from the team.
Among them, a new medical center was established, a youth team was formed, and the administrative staff began working effectively. “Fakel” participated in the Russian Premier League for three seasons but was relegated to the lower league at the end of the last season.
Currently, the team is leading the PARI league with 30 points from 14 matches. The “Spartak” team from Kostroma city is in second place with 29 points.
These results indicate that the team is successfully participating in the new season.
