Former Napoli head coach Luciano Spalletti does not want to work at the Moscow Spartak club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to Metaratings data, agents contacted Spalletti several times and wanted to discuss cooperation opportunities with Russian clubs, including Spartak. However, those close to the specialist stated that he is currently planning to rest and is not ready to consider new offers.
The 66-year-old coach's last job was with the Italian national team, which he managed from 2023 to 2025. Earlier, Spartak's former player Vladimir Bystrov recommended inviting Spalletti to the "red-whites" team.
Currently, the coach is preparing for a new stage in his career and is expected to start a new job in the near future.
