Italian coach Roberto De Zerbi has announced that despite being eliminated from the Champions League, he does not intend to leave the Marseille club. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to the source, rumors about the 46-year-old specialist leaving the team are not true. De Zerbi has been working as the head coach of Marseille since the summer of 2024.

His contract with the club is valid until June 2027. Currently, after the 19th round of the French championship, Marseille has collected 38 points and occupies third place in the competition table.

They are seven points behind the leader PSG. Nevertheless, the team's overall results in the competition are evaluated positively.

This serves as a sufficient basis for the coach to continue his work.
