Rosenor: Every match is a test for Chelsea!

The head coach of London’s Chelsea team, Liam Rosenor, shared his thoughts on the ongoing work within the team, communication with the players, and the process of implementing his ideas. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to him, the process of working with the players is going pleasantly. The team is fully engaged in training and game plans, and the players approach the work being done with confidence.
In the coach’s opinion, the result is important for any idea to be successfully implemented. In football, victories make the coach’s voice heard louder.
For this reason, Rosenor emphasized the necessity to fight for victory in every match whenever possible. He also mentioned that he cannot yet express any negative opinions about the team.
The players are young, talented, and most importantly, ready to learn and grow. This is a positive signal for the coach.
According to him, it is important to better understand each player, what motivates them, and what approach is needed. If someone requires more attention, excessive pressure should not be applied to another.
The coach’s task is to make the most of every player. Currently, Chelsea is in fifth place in the English Premier League table with 37 points.
In the future, the team’s success will depend on how the formula “victory is a factor that increases confidence,” as Rosenor said, works. If this formula works, the team will develop faster.
Otherwise, in football, results on the scoreboard prevail over ideas. Therefore, for Chelsea, every match is not only about the next three points but also a test of a new project.
