Arbeloa: "Real" needs time and effort

The head coach of Madrid's "Real" club, Alvaro Arbeloa, explained that the team has not yet shown the expected results under his leadership. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This was reported by the AS publication. The Spanish coach started managing "Real" on January 13, but the initial results were not very positive.
The team lost 2:3 to "Albacete" in the Round of 16 of the Spanish Cup. Additionally, they suffered a 2:4 defeat against "Benfica" in the 8th round of the UEFA Champions League group stage.
Commenting on this situation, Arbeloa emphasized that the main issue is time. In his opinion, the team needs time to adapt to the changes.
The coach noted that the players welcomed him warmly and their attitude towards work is good. He also said that the team's playing rhythm, mutual understanding, and ability to make automatic decisions can only be developed through time and effort.
Nevertheless, Arbeloa stated that he is working with an optimistic spirit without losing morale. He considers this period as a new beginning and emphasized his confidence.
According to the coach, the rebuilding process does not require quick results; this process is long-lasting like a marathon. In his view, despite criticisms, it is important not to rush and to continue working steadily.
