Shomurodov in Fenerbahce's focus: Transfer negotiations have started
Eldor Shomurodov's career in Turkey may enter a new phase. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the report from Sporsafe based on the Fotomaç publication, the Uzbek forward is attracting the attention of another major club with his effective performances in the Turkish Super League. In particular, the “Fenerbahce” club has started talks with “Bashakshehir” regarding Shomurodov’s transfer.
It is reported that “Bashakshehir” president Göksel Gümüşdağ is demanding 20 million euros for the player’s transfer. This price is not accidental, as Shomurodov’s performance this season justifies this valuation.
He has played in 20 matches and managed to score 14 goals. Such statistics encourage any club to take action.
Additionally, “Bashakshehir” previously spent 5.7 million euros to acquire Shomurodov. Moreover, 10 percent of the profit from his next transfer is to be paid to the “Roma” club.
This could further complicate the negotiations. According to experts, if “Fenerbahce” takes serious steps, a complex trade process lies ahead.
20 million euros is a large amount, but in today’s football market, such prices have become common. Most importantly, Shomurodov’s current form allows him to make his future even brighter.
The interesting part for fans is that Eldor Shomurodov’s next transfer is expected to take his career to a new level. Regardless of which club he signs with, the player’s current level of play is opening the door to great opportunities.
