Shomurodov will not transfer to Fenerbahce: Negotiations have stopped

There have been many discussions in recent days regarding Eldor Shomurodov's transfer. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Turkey's "Fenerbahce" club had made serious efforts to acquire Shomurodov in order to strengthen their squad. However, these negotiations did not end with the expected result.
According to Turkish journalist Ersan Serdal, "Fenerbahce" offered "Basaksehir" club midfielder Fred and an additional 6 million euros for Shomurodov's transfer. However, "Basaksehir" considered this offer insufficient and demanded another 10 million euros on top of Fred.
This further complicated the agreement between the parties. Additionally, the position of "Basaksehir" head coach Nuri Sahin is mentioned as a main issue.
Since the coach has not yet shown a positive attitude towards Shomurodov leaving the team, the process slowed down and ultimately stopped. Shomurodov's current season performance is also noteworthy.
He is among the top scorers in the Turkish Super League with 14 goals. This explains the interest he is attracting in the transfer market.
However, so far the negotiations have ended unsuccessfully. Even so, in football, any situation can change.
If the forward maintains his form, new offers may appear in the future. For now, Eldor Shomurodov will continue his career at "Basaksehir".
