Arrasate: "Mallorca" could not take advantage of the opportunities

In his opinion, good physical fitness alone is not enough; effectively finishing chances is also important. The opening goal of the match was scored in favor of Barcelona due to a deflection, while Mallorca failed to capitalize on 2-3 good opportunities in the first half.

In the second half, the team lost strength and the opponent gained the advantage. Arrasate also commented on the tactics used during the game.

He said that he tried the option of playing with five defenders along with Matu. The team was not bad at controlling the ball, but lacked accuracy in finishing shots.

When the coach made substitutions to change the game, Lamine Yamal from Barcelona scored a goal, increasing the score to 0-2. This further complicated the situation for Mallorca.

Following this defeat, Mallorca remained in 15th place in the tournament table with 24 points. Barcelona, having collected 58 points, strengthened their lead in the competition standings.
