According to the official statement from the club, medical examination revealed a minor injury and swelling in the middle muscle group of the player's right thigh. Currently, Makarov's recovery process is ongoing.

No specific time has been set for the player's return to the field. Denis Makarov played his first match for Kayserispor on February 3 against Galatasaray.

The match ended with a 0:4 score. Currently, Kayserispor is in 17th place in the league standings and is fighting to stay in the league.
