Modern systems are being implemented in the management of football clubs

An important meeting was held on the development of football clubs in Uzbekistan and their transition to a modern management system. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Representatives of the Ministry of Sports, the National Olympic Committee, and the Uzbekistan Football Association participated in this meeting. During the event, issues related to the introduction of new mechanisms for managing sports federations and professional football clubs were discussed.
The main focus of the meeting was on changing outdated management methods and transitioning to modern systems. It was emphasized that it is necessary to strengthen the activities of clubs not only on the sports field but also in the management process.
Today's demand is that clubs must demonstrate high results not only in the game but also in financial and organizational matters. Clear proposals were put forward to expand private sector participation, develop the sponsorship system, and turn the attraction of sponsors into a systematic mechanism.
It was also noted that it is important to gradually privatize clubs and establish a transparent and orderly system in financial matters. According to the Uzbekistan Football Association, increasing transparency in club management, enhancing efficiency, and introducing modern approaches are of particular importance.
Because just as a beautiful game is important for fans, the club's financial reports must be equally clean and reliable. In short, our football aims to achieve high results not only on the field but also in the economic sphere.
