Viktor Font promised a sustainable project for Barcelona

According to him, the club will present a new sports project in the coming days. Font emphasized that this project is aimed precisely at providing the stability that Flick is looking for.
In Font's opinion, although Flick's satisfaction level is currently high, the proposed systematic approach will please him even more. Because this plan not only focuses on achieving results but also studies decision-making processes and methods for the sustainable development of the club.
According to the candidate, "stability" means reducing hasty and thoughtless decisions within the club. For example, it should not be necessary to release a player just to cut the wage bill and then urgently propose a new player when problems arise in defense.
Font illustrated this idea with an example: if you release Inigo Martinez to reduce the wage burden and then have to call Joao Cancelo to solve defensive problems, this is a classic example of a wrong approach. He believes that to avoid such situations, every decision must be carefully planned in advance.
