“Mash’al” is making big plans with a new coach
The Muborak-based football club “Mash’al” is preparing seriously for the 2026 season. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The club management officially announced the appointment of experienced specialist Igor Aleksandrovich Surov as the head coach of the team. The new coach openly shared his duties and future plans.
Surov first expressed gratitude to the club management for the trust placed in him. In his opinion, the “Mash’al” team has sufficient opportunities and potential, but it is important to properly direct these opportunities and work systematically.
He emphasized that the team faces significant tasks ahead, while also noting that the players are ready for growth. The coach did not hide that there are still many aspects in the team that need improvement.
According to him, there is no complacency in the team thinking “everything is ready.” On the contrary, a lot of work is required for the team to reach a high level in every direction.
He identified improving the team’s psychological readiness, tactical knowledge, and physical condition as the main tasks. Surov valued the players’ desire to develop as the team’s greatest asset.

The head coach also stressed the need to pay special attention to game discipline. According to him, without discipline, neither tactics nor strength will work.
