According to British media, this time the England team will face Costa Rica. This match will take place on June 10.
Earlier, it was announced that on June 6, England is also scheduled to play a friendly match against New Zealand. Both games are planned to be held near the training base in the state of Florida, USA, but the exact stadium has not yet been determined.
The England and Costa Rica national teams have met twice before. In a friendly match held in 2018, the England team won 2-0 thanks to goals from Marcus Rashford and Danny Welbeck.
During the 2014 World Cup, a group stage match ended in a 0-0 draw. Additionally, the England national team will play its first World Cup match against Croatia on June 17.
