Naumov: Saudi League is a convenient path for Mourinho

Former president of the "Lokomotiv" club, Nikolay Naumov, shared his thoughts on the future career of the well-known coach Jose Mourinho. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to Naumov, Mourinho's distinctive influence seen in previous years has significantly diminished today. He emphasized that the Portuguese coach has somewhat fallen behind the modern trends of football.

Nowadays, Mourinho is remembered not for his unexpected tactical solutions, but rather for a simpler style. Naumov pointed out the Saudi Arabian league as the most convenient direction for Jose Mourinho.

According to him, this league offers high salaries for coaches, as well as constant noise and attention. Additionally, there is an opportunity to work with experienced and older star players in the Saudi league.

Currently, Mourinho is managing the "Benfica" team. The team will play against Madrid's "Real" club in the Round of 16 of the Champions League.

The first leg of the match is scheduled to take place on February 17 in Portugal.
