Naumov: Mourinho's era is over, Saudi Arabia fits

Former president of the "Lokomotiv" football club, Nikolay Naumov, shared his views on the future of the renowned coach Jose Mourinho. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This was reported by euro-football.ru. According to Naumov, Mourinho's most successful periods are already behind him, and today he is unable to fully adapt to the demands of modern football.
In the interview, Naumov noted that Mourinho used to stand out with his unconventional decisions and unexpected tactical approaches. However, currently, he appears as a coach who takes simpler and more predictable actions.
According to Naumov, Mourinho may need a break to restore his career and work with renewed energy. Additionally, Naumov emphasized that the Saudi Arabian championship suits Mourinho best.
There, the coach could have the opportunity to earn a high salary, as well as work with players who have extensive experience. He also added that the possibility of being in the spotlight and the buzz in the Saudi league might be interesting for Mourinho.
At the moment, "Benfica" under Mourinho's management is preparing for a Champions League match against Madrid's "Real" club. This match will take place on February 17 in Portugal.
