He admitted that the team felt pressure and tiredness during the game but added that using fatigue as a justification is wrong. Addressing the penalty situations, Matarachcho noted that there was contact between players in both episodes.
Their plan was to stop Vinicius Junior's movements along the wing, but he admitted that this tactic did not work twice. After this match, "Real Sociedad" remained in eighth place in the tournament table with 31 points.
