Cristiano Ronaldo is not expected to participate in the match against Arkadag

"Al-Nasr" football club head coach Jorge Jesus has announced the reasons why Cristiano Ronaldo will not play in the upcoming match. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to euro-football.ru, the Riyadh club will play an important match against "Al-Fateh" on February 14 as part of the Saudi championship.

However, before that, on Wednesday, "Al-Nasr" will face the "Arkadag" team in the AFC Champions League. According to Jesus, Ronaldo's participation in this match is not planned.

According to the coach, considering the tight schedule, the team decided to rest Cristiano Ronaldo and several key players. Their main goal is to be physically and mentally prepared for the match against "Al-Fateh".

Jesus emphasized that Ronaldo missing some matches is not new. Especially in matches outside Saudi Arabia, he has rested several times.

This is part of the coach's approach to preserving the players' health and ensuring they are in optimal condition. It is worth noting that the match between "Al-Fateh" and "Al-Nasr" will take place on Saturday, February 14.
