Sports03:26, 18-02-2026

The continuation or termination of Russian defender Georgiy Djikija's career at Turkey's Antalyaspor club is being discussed. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to the footballer's agent Malik Arutyunov, Djikija is dissatisfied with the delayed salary payments at the club and is ready to consider offers from other teams. This was reported by "euro-football.ru".

The agent stated that the player has not received his salary on time since November. At the same time, Arutyunov emphasized that Djikija is generally satisfied with the conditions in Turkey and there are no other issues.

The 32-year-old experienced defender joined Antalyaspor in the summer of 2023 and signed a two-year contract with the club. This season, he has appeared in 12 matches in the Turkish Super League, scoring 2 goals and receiving 3 yellow cards.

Currently, there is a possibility that the player may receive offers from Russian Premier League clubs. No final decision has been made regarding Djikija's future.
