It is known that the "Real" club fully defended Vinisius regarding the situation after the match held in Lisbon. During the match, Vinisius accused "Benfica" player Gianluca Prestiani of racist insults.

However, representatives of the Lisbon club denied these accusations. Following this incident, Kylian Mbappe expressed his position.

He emphasized that there is no place in the Champions League for individuals like Prestiani and made a firm statement against racism. At the end of the match, "Real" Madrid, playing as guests, defeated "Benfica" 1-0.
