The Russia and Mali match is expected to take place in March

Former footballer Aleksandr Mostovoy shared his thoughts about the match that may take place in March between the national teams of Russia and Mali. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This was reported by the euro-football.ru website. It is known that the Russian Football Union has not yet officially announced the match with Mali.
However, representatives of the Mali Football Federation have emphasized that the parties have reached an agreement. According to preliminary information, the match is expected to take place on March 27 in the city of Krasnodar.
Aleksandr Mostovoy evaluated this game positively, noting that the level of the opponents has increased. He pointed out that Mali has now joined teams such as Nigeria, Peru, and Chile.
Mostovoy also said that it is important not to rush to draw conclusions about the match results and emphasized the importance of the main players participating in the training camp. He expressed his opinion with a joke, saying, "Well, now we are not playing against shopping malls anymore."
This was reported by the "Sport-Express" publication. The Russian national team last held a training camp in November.
At that time, the team led by Valery Karpin drew with Peru (1:1) and lost to Chile 0:2. At the same time, due to international sanctions, the Russian national team is unable to participate in official competitions.
