This decision was made considering important upcoming matches, particularly the game against the "Al-Fateh" team. Jorge Jesus also emphasized that Cristiano Ronaldo has previously missed some matches held outside Saudi Arabia.

This was done to maintain the player's physical condition and ensure he is prepared for future matches. The "Al-Fateh" and "Al-Nasr" match within the Saudi championship is scheduled to take place on Saturday, February 14.
