Safonov wishes success to Russian skiers

Russian goalkeeper Matvey Safonov, currently playing for the "PSG" team, expressed his wishes to Russian skiers Darya Nepreyaeva and Saveliy Korostelyov ahead of the Olympics. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to euro-football.ru, Safonov wished the athletes success and said that he is closely following their performances.

He also did not hide his envy of Nepreyaeva and Korostelyov's opportunities since he could not participate on behalf of Russia in international competitions. According to the goalkeeper, the most important thing is that after the competitions, the athletes feel satisfied with their results and experience a sense of fulfillment.

It is worth noting that Saveliy Korostelyov previously took fourth place in the skiathlon competition, coming very close to a medal. Darya Nepreyaeva, however, has not yet managed to enter the top ten.

For this reason, Safonov expressed hope that they will achieve even higher results in upcoming competitions.
