Sometimes he raises his voice and expresses firm opinions, sometimes he gives calming advice to the players and shows them the right path. Dani also emphasized that he communicates with the coach in English, but he also understands what he says in German.

"Flick is very attentive to his work, has clear goals, and knows well what he wants," says Dani Olmo. It should be recalled that Hans-Dieter Flick took over as head coach of "Barcelona" in the summer of 2024.

Under his leadership, the Catalans won the Spanish championship. Additionally, the team also added the national Cup and Super Cup to their record.

Currently, "Barcelona" is in second place in the Spanish La Liga, having played 24 matches and collected 58 points.
