Hamza Abdelkarim close to debuting for Barcelona

Barcelona football club forward Hamza Abdelkarim is expected to have the opportunity to participate in official matches in the coming days. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

As is known, the Catalans added this 18-year-old footballer to their squad in February. However, difficulties arose during the process of formalizing the Egyptian player's work permit.

This was reported by euro-football.ru. According to journalist Ashraf ben Ayad, this issue is now almost resolved, and soon Hamza Abdelkarim may make his debut for Barcelona.

The club has loaned the young player from Egypt's Al-Ahli team until the end of the season. The contract also includes an option to purchase him later.

The young forward is expected to mainly play for Barcelona's reserve team this season to gain experience. This team participates in the fourth tier of the Spanish championship in terms of strength.

There are high hopes that Abdelkarim will join the main squad in the future and perform successfully for the "blaugranas".
