Fonseka opposed holding the World Cup in the USA

Former head coach of "Shakhtar" and "Milan" clubs Paulo Fonseca attracted attention again with his political views. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

He expressed his opposition to the idea of holding the World Cup in the USA and openly shared his opinions on this matter. This was reported by *euro-football.ru*.

Fonseca also expressed a critical attitude towards the political activities of former US President Donald Trump. According to him, Trump's policies were mainly based on promoting his own interests and neglecting vulnerable groups.

Fonseca emphasized that football competitions should be held for genuine fans and in places where people loyal to football gather. He does not consider the USA a suitable venue for such competitions.

It is known that the World Cup is scheduled to start on June 11. Fonseca's views may cause various debates regarding the location of the tournament.
