Nuri Shaxin: Leaving Borussia was one of the lessons of my life

Nuri Shaxin recalls the period when he was dismissed from the Borussia club as an important lesson in his life. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to him, although this event was difficult for him, it brought great experience and correct conclusions. Shaxin did not hide that he felt the saying often heard in the football world, “to become a good coach, you must first be fired once,” in his own life.
He stated that this break gave him the opportunity to listen to himself, analyze mistakes, and find answers to the question “where and in what did I go wrong?” Shaxin was very critical of himself during this process, setting aside emotions and trying to look at the situation from a broader perspective.
Additionally, during the break, Shaxin studied the working methods of the world's strongest coaches and compared himself with them. He understood more clearly in which aspects he was lagging behind and in which direction he needed to grow.
He called this period a “wonderful opportunity” because during this time there was no rush or pressure, only focus on analysis and drawing conclusions. Shaxin says that from the very day he left Borussia, he was confident that his future career would be even more successful.
This departure was not a defeat for him but a preparation for a new stage. He emphasized that after this period, he returned not just with ambition, but with strong preparation, rich experience, and correct conclusions.
